| WHERE | In Oak Park, at the Carleton Hotel.
Arrangements have been made to hold a block of rooms at the Carleton at a group rate for those who will need accommodations. |

| DETAILS | On Friday evening, there will be a casual get-together with hors d’oeuvres.
On Saturday evening there will be a full service dinner. A cash bar will be available both evenings.
The cost for the Friday evening event will be $50/pp, the cost for the Saturday dinner will be $150/pp |

| RESERVATIONS | There is a limit of 150 people each evening due to venue constraints.
Reservations are required and will be taken in the order received.
